We had planned to stop at another bar/restaurant in Lake City for a meal and just stop at the Tap House for a drink. We ended up staying there for our late lunch. The food was exceptional (don't miss the French onion roast beef sliders, locally sourced beef, see pic). Great service by Jamie at the bar. This will now be our go to place in Lake City! Highly recommend!

Been coming here for quite a few years now, and have NEVER been disappointed. Both food and service are excellent. Yes, they are quite often busy, but there's a good reason for that and it's definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend!

Great food and service. We will be back to try burgers. The cranberry pecan salad is simple and good. The garlic parm waffle fries with pesto ranch are top notch. The chicken stripe and chicken wrap are kid approved. The Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken was hubby approved. All around super good!

Okay people… Here’s the skinny… This place is outstanding! We were mildly hesitant simply because we have 4 young children, but it was very inviting and kids friendly. The staff was informative, friendly, and did their jobs very well. Our party of 7 had completely different dishes and they were ALL excellent. The fried cheese curds were the best I’ve ever eaten! I’ve eaten them all across this country and I’m sure there’s some that compare to these, but I haven’t found them yet! A MUST eat here.. The Raspberry Zing was excellent, I strongly suggest.. You will NOT be dissatisfied with anything here. Lake City Taphouse will become a regular for my family, even tho we live 1hr+ away.

If you need to read reviews before coming here, don’t come! Why it’s rated less than 4.9 stars is beyond me. It’s phenomenal. Double burger highly recommended!

We enjoyed our dinner here. They have a nice outdoor patio which was perfect for our group. Inside was quite loud and sort of dark so the covered patio was nice. They had a handful of tables out there. The service was great and the food was yummy. They do have highchairs for babies. We didn't have a wait to sit outside but I can imagine on a summer weekend that this place probably fills up pretty quickly.

Our family of 6 (including our 4 kids) stopped in for a late lunch! We were seated right away and service was excellent! The Louisiana Boil was tasty with a good variety of seafood and the Chicken & Waffles was delicious! It had a sweet & spicy kick! The kid sized hamburgers were great as well! Thanks for an awesome lunch/dinner!
